CAREER OPPORTUNITY: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
VetLab Sports Club seeks a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to provide strategic leadership across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR planning and governance
- Compliance with labour laws and data protection regulations
- Recruitment, performance management, and organizational development
- Employee relations, welfare, and workplace culture
- HR operations, policy management, and risk oversight
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field (Master’s preferred)
- CHRP (K), IHRM membership, and valid HR practicing license
- 7–10 years’ senior HR experience, preferably in hospitality or club management
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, governance, and HR best practices
- High integrity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills
